Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in our courses or purchasing study materials. No amount will be refunded after payment under any circumstances. Once payment is confirmed, intellectual property and digital access are delivered immediately.
1. Nature of Products & Digital Delivery
Sana Education (operating under sanaupsc.com) provides proprietary educational digital services, including:
- MAINS PRÉPA Course: Admission to private Telegram groups with video lectures, answer writing evaluations, and curated study notes.
- Diagram Practice Sheets: Immediate downloadable and printable PDF documents.
- Handmade Notes: Immediate downloadable and printable PDF documents.
Because these educational materials and intellectual assets are delivered electronically immediately upon transaction completion via Razorpay, they cannot be returned or de-allocated. Therefore, all sales are final.
2. Cancellation Requests
Once a payment has been initiated and completed by the user, cancellations cannot be processed. Subscription or enrollment fees paid for courses, notes, or diagram sets will not be prorated, cancelled, or transferred to another individual.
3. Duplicate or Accidental Double Charges
In rare situations where a technical glitch causes a user's bank account or UPI handle to be charged more than once for the same transaction ID, the excess amount will be refunded back to the original source account via Razorpay within 5–7 business days after verification of duplicate payment logs.

4. Access Issues or Inability to Download
If you experience any technical difficulties accessing the Telegram channel or downloading your purchased PDF notes, do not hesitate to contact our 24x7 support team. We will manually verify your payment reference and ensure your materials or invitation links are delivered directly to your email or WhatsApp within a few hours.
